Our client is a property management company based in E5, looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This position is a front of house reception role which will also include providing administrative support to the property management team.
Working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and 9am-3pm on Friday's.
Duties will include;
*Front of house reception duties
*Handling and fielding all incoming calls
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Providing administration support to the team
*Dealing with incoming calls from tenants regarding property maintenance issues
*Ensuring all properties have valid EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Certificates
*Property administration
*Maintaining office supplies and procurement of office supplies
Candidates applying should have 2 years or more experience working in an admin role within a corporate business and possess good IT skills.
