LV=GI have a new opportunity for a Recovery Claims Manager working from our offices in either Croydon, Brentwood or Ipswich.
Deliver outstanding claims and customer service through embedding a culture of coaching, continuous improvement and the use of Systems Thinking methodology
Maximise claims recovery performance and the performance of LVGI’s recovery legal services providers ensuring appropriate performance measures are in place and monitored effectively.
Identify, implement and drive change initiatives across the claims recovery teams, championing continuous improvement of processes, improvement of processes, ensuring optimal use of electronic subrogation tools and maximum value obtained from data analysis, including the use of machine learning models to reduce life cycles
Contribute to strategies and initiatives across the wider claims and claims supplier areas within Allianz both in the UK and internationally.
Maintain control of cost centre expenses, including budgeted headcount through the effective planning and phasing of recruitment of people.
