Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25,000 basic with an OTE of £40,000 in year 1, OTE £60,000 in year 2, OTE £80,000 in year 3.

The Role (Client's Expectations):

As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:

• Understand the Recruitment Lifecycle: This includes candidate search and selection, lead generation, pitching, winning new business, and maintaining client relationships.
• Team Integration: Collaborate effectively within the team.
• Achieve Targets: Hit your targets and qualify for the high achiever's "Lunch Club."
• Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the technology you'll be recruiting for and present your knowledge effectively.
• Professional Selling Skills: Showcase your ability to sell exclusivity, secure meetings, and coordinate interview slots for candidates.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrate an understanding of our business and forecast results while comprehending the future recruitment plans of our clients.
• Effective Negotiations: Conduct successful negotiations with both candidates and clients.
