About the Role:
As an Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Placing Adverts: Crafting compelling job adverts and posting them on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Process Employment Applications / Candidate Screening: Reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Assisting in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
  • Right to Work Checks: Ensuring compliance by conducting right to work checks for all new hires.
  • Reference Checks: Managing the reference check process to gather insights into candidates' work history and performance.
  • Contracts of employment: Assisting in drafting and issuing contracts of employment to successful candidates.
  • Timesheet Management: Verifying hours on timesheets to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payment for employees.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed, including file management and data entry tasks.
  • Assisting with recruitment projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.


Salary and Benefits:
The salary on offer is circa £25,000 - £26,000
The role also offers hybrid working with 3 office based and 2 from home
25 days holiday plus banks
