Details of Internal Recruitment Administrator:
- Hours of work: 09:00-17:00pm Monday-Friday - 35 hours per week - (1 Hours Lunch Break)
- Pay rate: 10.42 per hour
- Duration: 8 week contract with a view to be permanent
- Office based: Walsall Town Centre, WS1
Responsibilities
- Coordinating phone, on site and teams interviews for candidates
- Managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process
- Preparing packs and equipment as part of the selection process
- Assist with the production and formatting of job descriptions
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates to verify their qualifications and employment history
- Assist in the registration process by coordinating orientations and ensuring candidates complete necessary paperwork
- Work closely with the Recruitment director and other team members to understand staffing needs and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects related to recruitment
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Understanding of the importance of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Effective time management skills to ensure the timely completion of tasks and adherence to recruitment time lines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software's
