Recruitment Administrator

Our highly reputable client in Cardiff are seeking a Recruitment Administratorto join them on a Part-TimeTemporary basis for a period of 4 months initially. We are seeking a candidate who is immediately available.

You'll be joining an incredibly friendly and supportive team and working within a busy Human Resources department in beautiful offices on the outskirts of Cardiff.

Hourly rate is 11.54 plus holiday pay & hours will be 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, with flexibility on start time to suit the candidate.

What you'll be doing:

• Co-ordination and advertising of roles.
• Act as first point of contact for email, LinkedIn, and job board queries and CVs.
• Filing of applications and paperwork to relevant folders, in line with GDPR policy.
• Shortlisting and coordinating interview dates with hiring managers.
• Organising interview schedules.
• Sending candidate interview invitations, decline and update emails to successful and unsuccessful candidates.
• Preparation of interview packs.
• Meet and greet candidates arriving on site for interviews.
• Coordination of RTW checks for candidates.
• Booking rooms for on-site interviews.
• Keeping the team updated via the ATS and during weekly meetings.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience within a HR, Recruitment or Resourcing admin role would be well suited for this role.
• Experience of managing administration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people, including internal managers and external candidates.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Good level of computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
