What you will be doing...
We have some great opportunities for a Recruitment Administrator to join us on a full time, fixed term contract basis for six months! In this role you will support our Volume Recruitment Team to ensure we continue to deliver a high-quality service to the business, maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing, screening and sifting candidate applications
- Managing candidate communication via our dedicated email inboxes and Applicant Tracking System
- Processing successful candidate offers via our Applicant Tracking System
- Support the organisation of interviews and assessment days
- Effective management of assessment paperwork and ensure candidate document compliance is maintained
- Ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the HR team and wider operational business and represent our brand positively
- Proven and effective administration skills
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment or recruitment related environment with a good understanding of recruitment practices and processes
- Strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail – able to execute at pace
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated
- Good working knowledge of IT systems, particularly MS Office
