Recruitment Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client as aRecruitment Administrator.37.5 hours per week. Fully remote working with an Immediate start! Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2024.

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing completing application forms, identifying gaps, anomalies, or discrepancies
• Requesting additional information from candidates for any gaps in application forms
• Ensure checks are completed
• Submitting requests for enhanced DBS checks
• Ensuring all documents are recorded on the database
• Monitoring emails in the shared inbox

The successful Recruitment Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

• Previous experience in HR / Compliance / Recruitment would be advantageous
• Excellent administration skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
