Responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity for an In-House Recruiter join our friendly recruitment team to help support Caring Homes business to attract, assess and select engaged talent across the business aligned to the company values and creating a good recruitment journey.
As a Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, to ensure we acquire the best talent for our homes.

Ideal candidate
- You will support our Care Homes with end-to-end management of the recruitment process, working in partnership with our Home Managers and Regional Managers providing a comprehensive and professional recruitment service.
- Proactively attract, source and select candidates from all available sources including referrals, social media, job-board databases to qualify candidates that meet the business needs.
- Ensuring correct processes and procedures are followed within the applicant tracking system Harbour within the agreed SLA timeframes.
- Ensure there is clear understanding of the recruitment policy and standard operating procedures and follow and give advice to hiring managers to ensure it is always adhered to
- Liaise with key stakeholders including Hiring Managers, HR colleagues, and Senior Stakeholders to understand the vacancy requirements across the business areas supported
- Ensure all vacancies are raised and accurately reported on the ATS and correctly advertised on all available channels
- Building & maintaining internal/external networks in Caring Homes and the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitors.
- Coach and guide the HM through the assessment & selection process, ensuring the appropriate selection methods are used to drive objective decision making.
About You:
We are interested in talking to you if have experience from within a recruitment agency recruiting high volume roles or from a targeted in-house recruitment environment. You thrive working in a fast-paced and positive team working atmosphere. You'll have a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect to a variety of audiences proactively. Driven and motivated by results, being able to balance a workload with changing priorities Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, quality and process You may already have experience of recruiting within the healthcare sector; although this is not essential.
