Recruitment Advisor

Recruitment Advisor opportunity available on a 6-7 month fixed term contract basis initially on a remote basis with travel to their North Yorkshire office once per month on average. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and development of the recruitment strategy and dealing with volume recruitment.

In summary you will be responsible for:

• Attraction strategy and recruitment campaigns
• Optimisation of Applicant Tracking System
• Ownership of Resourcing: maximise recruitment strategy
• Manage Assessment centre recruitment days
• Management of PSL contracts and relationships
• Recruitment lead for mobilisation of new contracts
• Supporting talent retention plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements
