Recruitment Advisor - Professional Services - London

Newly created Recruitment Advisor opportunity, with a leading International firm. Reporting to an experienced Recruitment Manager with an excellent reputation, responsible for fee-earner and business services recruitment across all levels, you will be managing a high volume of roles. Recruiting for this globally renowned brand, you will manage PR, work with preferred agencies, manage direct applicant, shortlist, interview, schedule and manage the end to end process, ensuring sign off and correct process has been approved internally.

To be successful in this role you will have the confidence and gravitas to advise the partnership of the most suitable recruitment approach, continually assessing and reviewing candidate attraction throughout.

Graduate calibre candidates with agency and, or in-house recruitment experience will be considered, preferably with some exposure to recruiting within Professional Services. You will conduct yourself with high levels of professionalism and have a strong team spirit to fit well into this friendly and supportive team environment.
