Now our thriving recruitment team is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced recruitment specialist to take on a crucial role to support this exciting new development.
Responsible for delivering an excellent end-to-end recruitment service to a demanding clientele, you will join a dedicated and supportive team who operate at the heart of a global top ten university with a pivotal role in public life nationally and internationally.
In this varied, fast paced, and exciting role, you will need to pragmatically support our teams in introduction of a new system.
Equally important you will be mindful of the need for the continuous improvement of our services and work with other HR teams to deliver these developments. Duties and responsibilities
Supporting hiring managers through all stage of the recruitment process being mindful of employment law and our values.
Liaising with hiring managers and the Compliance team to ensure the relevant paperwork for all new employees is issued in a timely manner.
Managing the recruitment process in an efficient and timely manner.
Collaborating with the Recruitment team and wider HR teams.
Acting as an ambassador for the Imperial College London employer brand and our recruitment team.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ensuring positive candidate experience
Establishing key system needs for: HR Recruitment Hub, HR Compliance, internal customers (faculties and departments) and candidates
Participating in briefing and configuration sessions with the supplier and technical teams
Essential requirements
Previous formal training on Applicant Tracking System (Oracle, SAP Success Factors, Workday, Talentlink or similar)
Experience working within a busy Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Team or HR function with strong recruitment focus
Experience of regularly using ATS and HR system Experience of ensuring 100% data integrity/compliance within an applicant tracking system
Experience of working in a large and complex matrix organisation
Experience in participating in ATS change and transition or project management experience
Current knowledge of recruitment best practice and market trends
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HR systems and databases
Working knowledge of GDPR/data protection and employment legislation
An understanding of the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion in recruitment and a firm commitment to working in an inclusive manner
Working knowledge as recruiter permission holder of the Microsoft Suite, ATS (Talentlink/ Cornerstone, Oracle, SAP Success Factors, Workday or similar)
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Able to quickly understand issues and communicate clearly and concisely
A positive ambassador for change
Strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a 12 months fixed-term contract position. We work on a hybrid basis – two days per week based on the South Kensington Campus.
