I am recruiting for a client within the beauty industry to join their team to support both Recruitment and HR encompassed within the job description. 
 
This is a permanent, full time 40 hour per week contract worked on a hybrid basis with 1 day in the office situated on the Essex / Kent boarder with the rest of the time working from home or visiting other offices.

Overall purpose of the job:
Supporting the Recruitment and People function, you will build strong relationships with managers, understanding their staffing needs, in addition to providing HR support and guidance on employee relations, compliance, TUPE and performance management.
 
You will partner with the business to deliver HR solutions that support the overall company objective and commercial HR decisions. This role will have responsibility for delivering and supporting the delivery of all things HR, as well as leading and supporting with HR projects.
 
Qualifications:

• A good general standard of education/ professional qualification.
• CIPD Level 5/7 or working towards it.
• Proven experience in HR and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
