Recruitment Apprentice

Due to the successful progression of our first apprentice resourcer we now have another opportunity for a trainee to join our team.

We are a highly successful local recruitment company with a proven background in creating successful recruitment consultants.

The role is open to both non-graduates and graduates who have the necessary drive and ambition to create a career in education recruitment. You will need to be financially and career motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales role. You will have fantastic communication skills along with the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates and your work colleagues.
In return you will receive on the job training along with after an initial 3 month period (minimum wage) the chance to sign up for an accredited apprenticeship in resourcing and then consultancy.

The course is a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer course - the duration of the course is 13 months and provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to become a certified Recruitment Resourcer. On Successfully completing the Resourcer course you will be offered a Level 2 Recruitment Consultant course.

Apprentice Requirements

Apprentices are required to have, or work towards, one of the following qualifications:

GCSE Grade C or above in English, Maths and ICT

OR

Functional Skills Level 2 English, Maths and ICT.

Must be aged between 18 and 20 at the time of enrolment.

Must be a citizen of the UK or EEA or have lived in the UK or EEA for the past three consecutive years.

Must not already hold a qualification at Level 4/foundation degree/HNC or above in the same area of study.
