Recruitment Assistant – Professional Services – Belfast – Fixed Term Contract

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a global law firm, in the recruitment of a Recruitment Assistant on a full-time, fixed term basis.

The Role

The Recruitment Assistant’s key responsibility is to provide support to the Recruitment Manager and Advisor at every stage of the Recruitment process. Key responsibilities include –

• Monitor and maintain all live roles on the Recruitment Applicant Tracking System.
• Liaise directly with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinate and organise interviews, liaising with the business directly as well as Agencies.
• Review CVs, prepare offer letters and contract and respond to applications appropriately.
• Provide support on Recruitment Campaigns.
• Provide generalist support to the HR operations team during peaks in workload.

The Successful candidate

• Proven experience in working within a fast-paced Recruitment role.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and work to high level of accuracy.
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office Packages.
