Recruitment Business Partner

Do you have experience of recruitment in a legal or professional services environment?
The role
Our client, an award winning top 75 UK Law firm, are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their team in Bristol or Birmingham.
Responsibilities include

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the firm's legal departments
• Developing an in depth knowledge all business areas to successfully recruit
• Day to day line management of the recruitment team
• Source top talent via all available channels
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience
• Manage relationships with external agencies
• Deliver reports on recruitment metrics, and proactively identify areas for improvement in processes

About you

• Significant experience of managing the recruitment lifecycle in legal or professional services
• Line management experience
• Project Management experience
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player and able to work with other departments effectively
