Job Description
- Develop and execute efficient recruitment strategies
- Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process
- Provide advice and coaching to candidates throughout the interview process
- Maintain candidate networks in the education industry
- Deliver a high level of customer service to all clients
- Administer job posting and application process
- Negotiate contracts and terms of employment with successful candidates
- Source vacancies from clients by delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Negotiate charge rates and fees with clients
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
- Proven experience in the recruitment sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A knack for building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
