What you will bring
- 12+ months of hands-on 360 recruitment experience
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities. Be the voice that opens doors over the phone and in person
- An ability to develop relationships. Make lasting connections with new and existing clients
- Previous experience of sourcing talent and top candidates
- Proven ability of working in a fast-paced environment
- Organised approach. Structure is your middle name!
- Commercially savvy, the want to earn great monthly commission
- Team player that can forge results together
