Experienced Recruitment Consultant for a well established Office Support Recruitment Consultancy.

Ritz Recruitment, a very well-known consultancy are looking to expand their Temps Division. 

Ritz initially specialise in office support roles but has expanded into various other industries over the years.  As well as a Permanent division, we have a Rec2Rec division and now looking for an experienced Temps Recruitment Consultant to come on board and help expand our Temps division. this is a very exciting time for the organisation.  We are in a fab location, 5minutes from Liverpool Street, with such a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Generating New Business on our busy Temps desk providing Temp or Long Term bookings. 
• Networking of clients on the phone, conducting face-to-face client meetings and carrying out thorough candidate interviews
• Sourcing high quality candidate via an extensive database, job boards, heading hunting and referencing candidates
• Producing detailed CVs and keeping up to date with the market via press releases and social networking.
• Arranging fun and exciting ‘drop offs’ to new clients, generating new business and promoting Ritz

The right candidate for this position will possess the following qualities:

• A team player and self-motivated
• Previous sales/recruitment experience
• Possess good written and spoken English skills
• Be confident at communicating effectively at all levels, both in person and on the phone
• A positive and energetic outlook
• Have an excellent eye for detail
• Have the ability to make things happen (starting and finishing)
• Have a passion to achieve exceptional standards for business and personal gain
