Who we are
A part of the growing Supporting Education Group, Fleet Education Services are a leading provider of tailored tuition programs for schools and local authorities to support the development of learners throughout the UK. With demand increasing for our tailored provision to learners both within and outside of school, we now require an additional Tuition Recruitment Consultant to join our exceptional team who will ignite the interest of our dedicated tutor base and match them appropriately to relevant tuition placements.
About the role
You will be at the very heart of the service we provide, uniting our tutors and clients to enable enriching tuition to young and vulnerable learners throughout the UK. You will nurture and grow a base of exceptional tutors who you will place into relevant roles within a defined area, acting as the first point of contact for both tutors and your clients. Your role is essential to the success of our business - as part of our supportive team you will be instrumental in the delivery of holistic, meaningful education. We don’t shy away from celebrating success for learners or the staff that helped them achieve!
Responsibilities:
- Develop lasting rapport and grow meaningful relationships with your school and local authority clients within your allocated region, listening to their requirements to tailor your selection of tutors for their learners.
- Interview, recruit and vet tutors to effectively develop a pool of consistent tutors within your allocated region.
- Match tutors appropriately with learners by relaying your client’s tuition opportunities attractively via verbal and written correspondence.
- Market quality tutors and their relevant skills to clients.
- Work closely with our Business Development team to regularly liaise with your existing clients, fostering positive client experiences to encourage further growth.
- Manage daily inbound and outbound calls to expedite tutor recruitment and delivery of tuition.
- Be the first point of contact for verbal and written client queries related to service delivery, ensuring that the high-quality service provided to our clients and tutors is upheld and maintained at all times.
- Maintain an excellent understanding and knowledge of the education sector, relevant to tutoring.
