We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Recruitment business in Manchester! Based in the heart of vibrant Manchester (with options for home working); you will join a highly-experienced and collaborative team who are true experts in the Education Recruitment Market! The team are target-hitting record breakers and an opportunity has arisen to expand the team further to deliver first-class recruitment services to local Schools.

You will benefit from industry-renowned training and the tools and technological support to make that hard-hitting impact. You won't be alone either - with the support of a global network of talented colleagues supporting you to create the career that's right for you.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Education Recruitment Business, you will specialise in the recruitment of Teaching and Teaching Assistant professionals across Manchester and the surrounding areas. On a day to day basis this opportunity will require you to:

• Building relationships with clients (new schools) and candidates (teaching professionals)
• Winning new business and securing vacancies to fulfill with your available candidates.
• Managing vacancies from start to finish.
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs.
• Managing your candidates through the compliance and clearance process.
