As a Recruitment Consultant, you will source appropriate candidates for vacant job positions that client companies and businesses need filling. You will be responsible for short-listing candidates with the right skills, qualifications, and experience to succeed in the given role. The successful candidate will also strive to develop lasting relationships with Clients, both new and existing, to ensure continued business opportunities. We encourage an entrepreneurial approach and have the latest recruitment technology and systems available to support your success in the role.

As part of your role as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:
- Generate leads and create a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process
- Utilise various sources from the in-house database, social media, and advertising
- Visit clients and seek to build long-lasting relationships with different sized companies
- Optimise the use of the technology provided to improve efficiency, accuracy, and competitiveness
To apply for this Recruitment Consultant role, you will need expert knowledge of the recruitment process with sales, communication, and interpersonal skills paramount. We are particularly interested in people with experience of recruitment for technical engineering and manufacturing clients. You will also require the following:
