Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working consistently on Client management and Business development through calls and attending client meetings in person.
- Conducting the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise our CRM system and various recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate and client data and track progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback from managers and conducting performance reviews.
Ideal experience desired, but not essential:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms are desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to research industry trends and stay updated on best practices in recruitment.
- Experience gained form working within recruitment is a plus, but not essential.

This role is offered on a Full-time and Permanent basis.
Our working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (No weekends)
Basic Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year plus Uncapped commission and bonus scheme
