Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £24,000 per annum (£35000 OTE) Uncapped commission

Overview:
We seek a motivated and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and specialize in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and food manufacturing industry.
As a critical member of our growing organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within these sectors and providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)
- Developing and maintaining solid relationships with FMCG and food manufacturing clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
- Achieving targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments with candidates to understand their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiation of offers.
- Providing professional advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Keeping updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
- 1. Previous experience in recruitment or related sales environments is desirable but not essential.
- Being able to sell and don't fear the phone
- A strong interest/ understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Results-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- A degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
