Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Salary: £24,000 per annum (£35000 OTE) Uncapped commission

Overview:

We seek a motivated and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and specialize in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and food manufacturing industry.

As a critical member of our growing organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within these sectors and providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and approaching potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)
2. Developing and maintaining solid relationships with FMCG and food manufacturing clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
3. Achieving targets and KPIs set by the company.
4. Conducting thorough interviews and assessments with candidates to understand their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
5. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiation of offers.
6.  Providing professional advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
7. Keeping updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

1. 1. Previous experience in recruitment or related sales environments is desirable but not essential.
2. Being able to sell and don't fear the phone 
3. A strong interest/ understanding of the manufacturing industry.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6.  Results-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude.
7.  A degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
