If so, Office Angels Manchester are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a fixed term contract until April 2025! We are looking for someone who will thrive in our busy team, enjoy building relationships with our clients and candidates and will love the day-to-day variety this role provides! Excellent customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, so if you love dealing with people and making them feel valued then this is the role for you!
About our team:
- We are a team of 6 who have over 45 years of Office Angels experience between us!! Most of us joined OA as recruitment rookies and have established our careers and gained successive promotions along the way.
- We're a down to earth and friendly bunch who genuinely support each other both in a professional and personal capacity

About you:
- As this is a fixed term contract role, previous recruitment experience would be highly desirable so that you can hit the ground running
- You will thrive on working in a busy and fast paced role.
- The desire to deliver customer service excellence at all times is absolutely essential
- Highly personable with the ability to build excellent relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Drive and ambition to succeed are a must
- A strong work ethic and team player
About the role:
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients ensuring an excellent service is provided which exceeds their expectations
- Conducting telephone sales to existing and new clients and undertaking targeted marketing campaigns
- Attending client meetings both face to face and virtually
- Sourcing, screening and in-depth interviewing candidates to ensure that we have the best available candidates on the market
- Matching candidates to live job roles and promoting them to relevant companies and industries
- Working to clear targets and deadlines

Although this is initially a fixed term contract, Office Angels are part of the Adecco Group and with that there could be longer term / permanent opportunities available at the end of your contract should you be enjoying your role and performing well!
