Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Source and screen candidates for various Engineering roles, ensuring a good match between client requirements and candidate skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service and repeat business.
• Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the success of the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and use this knowledge to inform your recruitment strategies.
• Participate in networking events to expand your professional contacts and promote Reed Engineering's services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
