We are a leading recruitment agency based in Fife, committed to delivering outstanding results for our clients and candidates. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and manage the complete recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Targeted business development, including making outbound calls and attending meetings with business clients.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source the best talent in Fife and surrounding areas for vacancies.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Working to Targets: Meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
