Requirements:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and partners through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Outreach and Engagement: Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social platforms to introduce services and establish initial contact.
- Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to track and analyse business development efforts and provide insights to the team.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients.

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold an Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
