Hopefully you have worked in recruitment before but if not a sales or account management background looking for a career change is just as good
The role will involve
· Managing the Recruitment Process
· Building a portfolio of clients
· Business Development - both face to face and on the phone
· Creating job adverts
· Creating marketing material
· Pre-employment screening
· Creating temporary AND permanent placement opportunities
