The Role
In this role, you will be required to headhunt and source candidates for Software Sales roles and help win new business for the company, cold calling prospective clients, arranging meetings, bringing on new roles and building relationships. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced competitive environment!
The Requirements
- 2:1 or above at bachelor's level is preferred but not essential
- Ambition, drive and entrepreneurial flair
- Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
- Competitive mentality with a proven track record, either from sporting or educational background.
