Location: Central London

Salary: £24-28K basic, plus uncapped commission scaling up to 40%

Commission: OTE (On Target Earnings) £40K year 1, £60K year 2

Your Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront in discovering exceptional talent and build winning teams for your clients. Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, identify, and engage with talented individuals across various industries through networking, job boards, and other channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and aspirations.
• Partner with clients to comprehend their hiring needs and company culture, becoming a trusted advisor in their talent acquisition strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize your competitive nature to meet and exceed recruitment targets, driving success for both yourself and the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable knowledge to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• 2:1 / 1st class degree at a top 40 univerisity, OR 1yr+ B2B sales experience.
• A background in sports or a genuine passion for sports and competition is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field will be advantageous, but we are open to considering candidates with the right mindset and determination to succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and competitive attitude that drives you to achieve outstanding results.
