Main purpose of the role
- Provide accurate and comprehensive people administration to the whole business:
- Organise comprehensive induction and on boarding schedules for new starters, including preparation of documentation for line managers and tracking progress to ensure all new joiners complete all required sessions.
- Undertake benefit administration for new joiners, processing changes and leavers.
- Support the preparation of payroll for the UK and US, ensuring accurate information is inputted and maintained.
- Monitoring of central email in boxes ensuring all emails are tracked and responded to appropriately.
- Support in the collation and preparation of people data and metrics to meet our reporting requirements.
- Undertake general administrative responsibilities, i.e. drafting and amending change letters including contractual documentation and communications, filing, drafting communications.
Experience/ Skills
- Demonstrable experience working within an HR team, delivering across the employee life cycle including recruitment experience.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and best practice
- Excellent written and oral communication. High level of attention to detail, including when under pressure.
- Consistently works in a proactive manner, whether working autonomously or as part of a team.
- Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised.
- Good analytically and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think-outside the box.
- Result-oriented and takes ownership and accountability to deliver objectives on time.
- High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage assigned work effectively.
