SalaryPro-Found Recruitment are seeking an energetic and driven Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
Recruitment Coordinator Benefits:
- Salary: 13 per hour plus bonus scheme following successful completion of probationary period
- Hours: Part Time 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - part of the role is covering site Inductions so Mondays will be 7am to 4.30pm, Tuesdays 7am to 4.30pm and Thursday Flexible.
- Mileage paid at 40p per mile
- Location: Sheffield, S9 with hybrid or remote working available but due to client locartion you will need to be in easy commutable distance of South Yorkshire.
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Recruitment Coordinator Duties:
- Carry out client site inductions with new starters - main location for this is Barnsley so you will need to have your own transport
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions through job boards, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and on site interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and client fit
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand hiring needs and provide candidate matches
- All admin associate with the role - registration of new starters, adding new starters to payroll, statutory ID checks, DBS checks and processing payroll
- Provide a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment CoordinatorSkills & Criteria:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Industrial recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent Administration skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages and other recruitment tools and databases
- Knowledge of labour laws and best practices in recruitment preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mind set
- Availability for a part-time schedule (flexible hours)
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Flexible on days and hours to suit business needs
