Recruitment Manager - Upto 40k
Preferred onsite in Central Leeds (Open to hybrid)
35k - 40k salary
This role will allow you to have full autonomy working closely with the MD & departmental managers to identify requirements & hold responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process.
Job description
- Recruiting within the public housing, higher and lower education, public buildings, security sensitive workplaces and student accommodation sectors.
- Pre-screen applicants making recommendations for interviews thereafter negotiating renumeration, issuing employment Contracts and supporting the onboarding process.
- Devise and implement innovative recruitment strategies, supporting success rates and employee retention
- Organise interviews and selection events including annual apprentice intakes and candidates wishing to re-train
- The role will suite team players with 2+ years of recruitment experience ideally gained from within similar industries
