35k - 40k salary

This role will allow you to have full autonomy working closely with the MD & departmental managers to identify requirements & hold responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Job description

• Recruiting within the public housing, higher and lower education, public buildings, security sensitive workplaces and student accommodation sectors.

• Pre-screen applicants making recommendations for interviews thereafter negotiating renumeration, issuing employment Contracts and supporting the onboarding process.

• Devise and implement innovative recruitment strategies, supporting success rates and employee retention

• Organise interviews and selection events including annual apprentice intakes and candidates wishing to re-train

• The role will suite team players with 2+ years of recruitment experience ideally gained from within similar industries

• Performance based incentive linked to each position filled.

• Holidays 29 days holiday per annum (including 8 statutory holiday days) rising by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum 33 days / annum.
