We have an exciting opportunity for an In-house Recruitment Manager to join our team at CV-Library. Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team for both the UK and South Africa. Ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment processes are being followed and that the team are delivering a smooth recruitment experience for both our candidates and our stakeholders.
What you'll do on a day-to-day basis:
* You will lead a team, ensuring that they are meeting SLA's and support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the team's performance to ensure we are helping CV-Library source and hire the best talent in the external marketplace.
* As well as leading the team daily you will be responsible for your own roles, and recruit for specialist and hard to fill roles.
* Ensure reporting and data is maintained and you and the team are updating our ATS to ensure we can produce accurate reports for the business that will help shape data led decision making.
* Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering business critical projects outlined in the Talent Strategy.
* Business Partner key stakeholders within the business to make sure we are providing clear updates on the progression of our vacancies.
Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
* You will be used to working at pace. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment, and you will have proven experience in filling hard to fill roles, team leadership and of working in a full 360 model.
* Global recruitment experience.
* Stakeholder management essential.
* Data driven and experience of using ATS's.
* Able to pull reports and share data.
* You will have experience preferably within an agency space and be able to manage multiple roles alongside a team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
