Recruitment Officer

Due to expansion of our Complex care division at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing we are recruiting for an experienced recruiter within the Care Sector to take lead and support the recruitment function to drive the business forward.

• Location: Liverpool
• Salary:£23,000 to £25,000 per year dependant on experience
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Office Days: Monday to Friday
• Experience: Essential experience recruiting Support Workers, Team Leaders, House Managers
• Contract: Permanent

Main Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Officer

• Phone-based headhunting of experienced Support workers
• CV Searching
• Using LinkedIn and other Social Media platforms
• Research & Admin
• Posting Adverts
• Conducting Screening and Interviews
• Compliance Checks
• Achive individual and team KPI's and Targets

• Strong communication skills and customer focused as well as maintaining professionalism internally and externally
