Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, our Retail Recruitment Partners provide a pivotal end-to-end vacancy management and recruitment support service for our Retail business. You'll partner with your division to attract and select the best candidates for our Retail Management roles. You'll be passionate about inclusive recruitment strategies and providing a candidate experience that leaves people as Screwfix advocates, whether or not they join the business.

Key responsibilities
- Accountable for recruitment across your division, partnering the Area Managers, HRBP’s and senior managers to provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Deliver an end to end recruitment service for management vacancies by: advertising across all relevant platforms; screening candidates; telephone interviews; video interviews; arranging face to face interviews and advising in decision making process and extending offers to candidates.
- Planning and executing volume recruitment for new stores.
- Championing diversity through fair and creative candidate attraction methods.
- Update all systems with candidate and recruitment process information as required.
- Provide clear communication of vacancies and actions to appropriate stakeholders when needed.
- Proactively seek to attract candidates for current and future vacancies through direct sourcing methods wherever possible whilst providing the very best candidate journey to maintain and further enhance our branding.
- Drive and deliver HR recruiting best practices.
- Work with stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand any succession plans and how that aligns with recruitment activity.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
- Drive line manager capability, educating and ensuring best practice guidelines are delivered.
- Using and analysing data to drive recruitment decisions.
Required skills & experience
- Prior recruitment experience and end to end vacancy management.
- Proven ability to attract and recruit management level candidates.
- Ability to prioritise, work accurately and efficiently to meet workload and business requirements.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to be highly organised to ensure a high level of service to stakeholders.
- Proven influencing and persuasion skills.
- Ability to collaborate and share best pratice with wider team members.
