Are you a Credit Controller looking for your next temporary opportunity? Then this 3 month FTC for our client in Wells could be for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and chasing all Care debt in line with process.
- Analysing old debt and chasing as appropriate.
- Allocating payments accurately to invoices.
- Recognising the customer base and the approach to different customers corporate or care customers.
- Agreeing payment plans and ensuring that these are adhered to.
- Produce an aged creditor report monthly to send to all stakeholders
- Experience of working in a transaction processing office environment.
- Reasonable level of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent team player with a can do attitude
- Clear understanding of customer service
