Reed Business Support are thrilled to be partnered with our valued client in the search for a proactive and diligent Credit Control Administrator. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about finance and Customer Service, and who are eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic risk function team in Bath.

What your tasks would look like:
  • Engage with customers, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the credit team to safeguard the company’s financial interests.
  • Issue important documentation and manage administrative tasks with precision.
  • Liaise with external agents for asset collection and disposal, when necessary.
  • Calculate and communicate settlement figures to customers and brokers with accuracy.
  • Process customer payments and handle sensitive data requests in compliance with GDPR.
  • Escalate issues promptly, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
What experience is required from you:
  • Past experience in telephone cash collection.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and financial data interpretation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative setting.
  • A solid grasp of regulatory and compliance frameworks, with training provided to enhance your knowledge.
