What your tasks would look like:- Engage with customers, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the credit team to safeguard the company’s financial interests.
- Issue important documentation and manage administrative tasks with precision.
- Liaise with external agents for asset collection and disposal, when necessary.
- Calculate and communicate settlement figures to customers and brokers with accuracy.
- Process customer payments and handle sensitive data requests in compliance with GDPR.
- Escalate issues promptly, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
- Past experience in telephone cash collection.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and financial data interpretation.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative setting.
- A solid grasp of regulatory and compliance frameworks, with training provided to enhance your knowledge.
