2nd Line Support Analyst - Bath - £25,000-£28,000
Market leading data analytics firm, based in Bath are looking for 2nd Line Support Analyst.
Core responsibilities:
- Dealing with queries coming from the 1st line team
- Monitor incoming Tickets via the support Portal and those raise via email
- Access in to users workstations remotely, to update licences
- Join on call rota, supporting users in the evenings and weekends. Any calls picked up with be paid as over-time.
Suitable applicants will experience in, but not limited to:
- Excellent communication skills
- Office 365 experience
- SQL skills
- Experience with working with bespoke software
- Focused on customers and delivering an excellent service
- Happy to work in fast paced environment, in-line with SLAs and KPIs
- Comfortable in analsysing workload with managers
- Being happy with onsite work
