Recruitment Resourcer, Warrington, Permanent, Hybrid Working, £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
I am delighted to be supporting our client in Warrington who is recruiting for a Resourcer to join them on a permanent basis to support continued growth and success.
As Recruitment Resourcer you will report into the Talent Manager and form part of the wider HR team. Our client is currently experiencing exponential growth and this role will support and deliver their ambitious recruitment plans.
You will be responsible for supporting the internal recruitment process, following robust procedures from requisition to on-boarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and support the Talent Partners to drive and grow the business to the desired headcount. You will liaise with external partners, ensuring processes are followed correctly and within agreed SLAs as well as setting up interviews, providing feedback and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. You will have prior working knowledge and application of supporting with recruitment administration and be comfortable speaking to candidates and building potential talent pipelines. You will support with the entire recruitment process to ensure it is consistent with their internal policy and will be responsible for communicating with potential hires as well as supporting with onboarding administration. On occasion you may have to sit in on interviews if needed and provide updates internally on the progress of roles.
Essentially you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running and work autonomously with little direction. You will be in the detail and able to manage conflicting priorities. Your communication, influencing and challenging skills will be outstanding, and you will enjoy a busy role.
Our client operates a hybrid working model and you will be required to attend the office for 2-3 days per week.
