Salary We are growing! We re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us on our journey supporting us developing out our growing candidate network across Technology and Engineering. This is an entry level role that would suit someone who is looking to get into recruitment and is passionate about building relationships.
Job Description: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for various job opportunities, as well as supporting the recruitment consultants with administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and our internal database. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess their suitability for specific roles. Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements. Maintain accurate and up–to–date records on our applicant tracking system. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates. Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks as required. Requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and happy making calls. Happy working in a KPI centric environment. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Ability to work in a fast–paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
