Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a permanent basis following a successful probation period. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards their work.
Key Details:
- Hours: 09:30-14:30, Monday to Friday
- Starting Pay: 11.44 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Advertising job vacancies through various channels
- Screening and assessing candidates to identify suitable matches for available positions
- Liaising with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Facilitating the placement of job seekers into suitable employment opportunities
