Recruitment Administrator for a busy office based on the Birmingham Business Park.

As a key member of the Team, you will be assisting with the delivery of effective and efficient administrative & data entry & resourcing.

Duties

• Telephone work is required in this role so seeking someone that wants to learn and be confident to speak to people.
• Searching our existing database for candidates to match the job roles and emailing them the job descriptions.
• Emailing candidates questions to see if they match to the requirements of the job briefs.
• Using linked in to reach out and search for potential candidates for the client roles.
• Sending out mailshots
• Data Entry
• Contacting candidates via emails and telephone and booking interviews with consultants.
• Searching various job boards to find candidates who match the client job briefs.

• Cleansing database
• Calling candidates / job seekers
• Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
• Copying information from an Excel Spreadsheet
• Providing Administration support to Line Manager
• Managing online databases and portals used for inputting / updating data as required.

Experience Required

• Computer Literate and have knowledge of Excel and Word documents (Essential)
• Social Media knowledge within Linked IN
• Strong people and communication skills via phone, email and face to face.
• Good database housekeeping.
• Excellent Attention to detail.
