Search, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies, is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their Facilities Management team in Brighton.
As part of a period of growth, you will be joining a busy and successful team. We provide recruitment solutions to clients across Sussex. You will cover a variety of roles, from Engineers to Electricians, among others!
Your role as a Resourcer will involve speaking to candidates, conducting interviews to assess their suitability, updating internal systems with relevant documents, and placing candidates into live bookings.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience working within a busy environment.
- Experience within Customer Service or Sales would be an advantage.
- A desire to quickly progress your career.
- The ability to remain motivated and resilient.
- And a sense of energy at work, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Management on vacancies.
- Responding to direct applications and interviewing candidates to confirm suitability.
- Uploading adverts using internal systems to established job boards.
- Placing candidates into live bookings and confirming attendance of shifts/interviews.
