The Role
This is an exciting remote/WFH position that has arisen through their growth, the successful applicant will support with the sourcing and management of candidates for their clients. You will become the voice between the candidate and the business, so strong communication and customer service skills along with a keen eye for detail are required.
Your daily role will include using a variety of sources to search for and identify suitable talent that matches live positions or the jobs recruited. You will conduct screening calls to qualify the candidates needs and their suitability.

- Maintain relationships with candidates
- Match candidates to jobs
- Providing updates to candidates on specific jobs and the recruitment process
