The Specialist buy to let Mortgage Advisor Role
As the Specialist buy to let Mortgage Broker for the company, you will discuss clients’ requirements and provide advice and support to secure the best financial solution to meet their needs. Provided with leads through a vast network of introducers, referrals and direct enquiries, there will be a range of buy to let mortgage cases to advise on, alongside your buy to let cases, you will also have the opportunity to advise on bridging and commercial mortgage cases.
Specialist buy to let Mortgage Advisor key responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on buy to let Mortgage enquiries
- Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
- Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
- Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and introducers

- Experienced Commercial / Specialist Mortgage broker
- Experience in buy to let mortgages (essential)
- Experience in bridging and commercial mortgages (desirable)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Genuine and honest approach
- Proactive and driven
- Experienced generating new business & networking (desirable)
