What will you be doing?

• Sourcing and onboarding engineering candidates
• Conducting initial candidate screening calls to evaluate fit for specific roles
• Networking on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a consistent pool of candidates
• Building and developing excellent candidate relationships
• Writing, advertising, and marketing vacancies via a variety of channels
• Focusing on your own personalised KPIs and financial targets
