What will you be doing?
- Sourcing and onboarding engineering candidates
- Conducting initial candidate screening calls to evaluate fit for specific roles
- Networking on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a consistent pool of candidates
- Building and developing excellent candidate relationships
- Writing, advertising, and marketing vacancies via a variety of channels
- Focusing on your own personalised KPIs and financial targets
