Greensleeves Care are now seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join the Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter – (ideally with prior experience in social care) – to join a growing not for profit organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead on new Recruitment initiatives and work with Home Managers to engage and work closely with external organisations such as job centres, hospitals, schools and will look at demand planning and conducting labour market profiles.
In addition, you will provide advice and guidance on recruitment best practice, legislation and on employing overseas staff with particular reference to new UK Visa and Immigration rules.
ABOUT YOU
An innovative and creative Recruitment professional, you will be highly collaborative and have strong knowledge of overseas recruiting legislation. You will have demonstrable prior experience in a similar role, and will have confidence in providing advice and guidance to hiring managers for best practice recruitment and advice on appropriate legislation.
It is an advantage for candidates to have previous experience working with the social care or not for profit sectors.
