Recruitment Team Leader

Then look no further! We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Leader to support our temporaries' team on their journey to new heights of service excellence!

Our Temporary Recruitment desk currently consists of a team of x3 that specialise in supplying temporary staff into Aviation, Industrial, Driving and Office-based positions. We are looking for a Team Leader to build, develop and make this very warm temporary team their own!

• Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
• Holidays: 25 days + birthday day off
• Commission: competitive and uncapped

Duties and Responsibilities of a Recruitment Team Leader:

• Providing strategic leadership and direction to the Recruitment Consultants on your team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance and exceed targets.
• Leading from the front in building and maintaining your own book of business specialising in temporary hires, building on warm leads and chasing new business to expand your desk and team.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Sharing the on-call responsibility with the team to ensure that we have full coverage should our clients have any out of hours requirements.
• Collaborating with the Company Directors to develop and execute divisional plans and strategies that align with the overall company objectives.

The Successful Recruitment Team Leader:

• Previous experience in a leadership capacity within recruitment and/or a solid Recruitment Consultant background, with particular exposure to working on a temporary recruitment desk.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Essential:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• MS Office skills (Including Outlook)
• Driven and ambitious outlook.
